Don Cheadle recently told Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show that he probably won’t be doing press for Avengers: Endgame with costar Mark Ruffalo any time soon. 

“He runs his mouth a lot,” he joked, seemingly referring to Mark’s history of giving away spoilers. “Why do I need that hassle, right?” 

Don stars as War Machine alongside Mark’s The Hulk in the Marvel movies. “I don’t need to be sitting next to him when he blows the whole reveal of the movie,” he added. “Him, Tom Holland, they both … little chatty.”

Don doesn’t want to repeat what happened in a 2017 interview when he and Mark sat down with Good Morning America.

At the time, the interviewer asked the stars if they succeeded in saving Asgard in the latest installment of the franchise, to which Mark asked Don if he could reveal “a little.” Ultimately, Mark revealed: “Wait until you see this next one! Everybody dies!”

That’s when Don screamed, “Dude! Dude! Dude!” Mark then asked his co-star: “Am I in trouble?”
