Beto O’Rourke has grown a beard and people are still processing it, but in a good way. 

A Texas favorite, and near-victor in a Senate race against Ted Cruz, Beto has had a journey following the end of his campaign. Since last November, he’s become a Medium blogger, got into baking on Instagram Live, and spent New Year’s Eve building (and sitting) in an igloo. Not bad. 

Recently, his beard made its debut on a Facebook Live chat about the Southern U.S. border.
