People were taken aback to hear that Kanye and Kim Kardashian were moving to Miami in a $14 million apartment in the famed Faena House, designed by Norman Foster and home to a few billionaires. 

But now we’re learning the apartment was actually a Christmas present from Kanye to Kim!

A source told Page Six that Kanye privately viewed the apartment while in Miami in December: “Kanye saw the property during Art Basel in December and bought it as a Christmas present for Kim. It was a complete surprise for her.”

A second source added that the couple is now in contract for the apartment and the sale is expected to close in January.

Of course, the building has all the amenities, including a private gym, spa, pool, concierge, and underground parking. The best part is we now have photos!
