It’s about time. A judge ruled this morning that Harvey Weinstein’s case will be moving forward, refusing his camp’s request to toss all six charges against him.

The former mogul and his lawyers had a near 7-minute conference at Justice James Burke’s bench, where the judge handed them a stack of papers before saying, “My decision — which does not dismiss the indictment.”

He later added, “I will see you again March 7 for pretrial hearings.”

Weinstein, once one of the most powerful men in Hollywood, has been accused of sexually harassing and assaulting more than 80 women.

Actresses and other supporters of the victims sat in the gallery of the courtroom for the highly anticipated hearing, including Marisa Tomei, Jennifer Esposito, Amber Tamblyn and Nia Vardalos (who all wore “Time’s Up” T-shirts).
