Nicki Minaj Is Dating A Registered Sex Offender
The Blast is reporting that Nicki Minaj’s new boyfriend, Kenny Petty, with whom she is now Instagram official, is supposedly a registered sex offender and was convicted for the attempted rape of a 16-year-old.
In a photo posted by Nicki, she has her leg wrapped around Kenny with the caption, “Did you ever make it out of that town where nothing ever happens…It’s no secret … that both of us … are running out of time.”
Kenny was convicted in 1995 for attempted rape in the first degree for an incident that occurred in 1994, according to the NYCPD Sex Offender Unit database.
Cops also noted that the offense was “sexual intercourse” and that a “knife/cutting instrument” was used as a weapon during the crime.
He was sentenced to 18 to 54 months in prison, but it is unclear how much of that time he actually served.
