Carrie Ann Inaba Will Permanently Replace Julie Chen on ‘The Talk’
After Julie Chen announced she was leaving The Talk in a pre-recorded message that aired on September 18, it’s now officially confirmed that Dancing With the Stars’s Carrie Ann Inaba is taking her place!
Sources told Variety that Carrie has closed a deal to join the CBS daytime chat show, and will come aboard in January. The current panel includes Eve, Sara Gilbert, Sharon Osbourne, and Sheryl Underwood.
At the end of Julie’s video message, she stated, “I will always, always cherish the memories we shared. Most important, I want to thank you, the viewers, for allowing me into your home every day. It was a privilege that I will forever be grateful for.”
Julie’s exit comes at the heels of her husband Les Moonves slew of sexual assault accusations.
