Ozzy Osbourne Literally Could Have Died From This Manicure Gone Wrong!
This is definitely going to scare a lot of men from getting a manicure. Apparently, Ozzy Osbourne had to cancel a whole bunch of shows on his U.S. tour after contracting a serious infection in his thumb that spread throughout his right hand, causing it to swell to “the size of a f—king lightbulb.”
“The funny thing is they reckon I got it from a manicure! It won’t stop me from heading to the UK in February,” Ozzy told the Daily Star.
Doctors also told him that if the infection had gotten into his bloodstream, he could have died. “I was in hospital for a couple of days and had emergency surgery, and I remember waking up in the morning and Sharon said, ‘What the f—k have you done to your hand?’” he said.
Sharon recently spoke of his injury on The Talk, saying, “He had a little cut on his thumb, and you know when you pull the side of your nail? … He just left it.”
OUCH!
