Stan Lee’s Cause Of Death Revealed

Comic book fans are still saddened by the death of Marvel co-creator Stan Lee. Now, TMZ is reporting the genius’s cause of death. 

According to his death certificate, Stan died of heart failure and breathing problems. He was also suffering from aspiration pneumonia, which results from inhaling food, stomach acid, or saliva into the lungs.

Stan — who, along with Jack Kirby and Steve Ditko, co-created Spider-Man, the Avengers, the X-Men, and dozens of other Marvel characters — died at 95 years old at Cedars-Cinai Medical Center. 

He’ll be forever missed.
