The Queen of England apparently hates the word “pregnant,” so she’d rather use another more classy term. 

According to an old article about the Queen’s pet peeves that has resurfaced, published by Us Weekly when Prince George was a baby, Queen Elizabeth would rather describe pregnant women as “in the family way.” 

A palace source who spoke to the magazine said the Queen finds the term “vulgar.”
