We can’t believe it’s finally here! We’ve seen the teasers, but now the first official trailer of The Lion King live-action remake (starring Donald Glover, Seth Rogen, Beyonce, John Oliver, and others) is here!

Of course it had to start with the famous sunrise the original film coined — and director Jon Favreau did a pretty damn good job! We also get a glance at Rafiki, who is the spitting image of a baboon if we’ve ever seen one.

We don’t hear the other stars, except for James Earl Jones who is reviving his beloved role as Mufasa. But it doesn’t even matter. This film looks incredibly well done. We can’t wait!
