Revenge is a dish best served cold, someone smart once said. 

Kelly Ripa is totally feeling that dish today as reports discover that the ratings of Live! are beating former cohost Michal Strahan’s GMA Day. 

Nielsen stats show GMA Day with 1.76 million viewers, while Kelly’s show brought in 2.85 million during the same period. Additionally, GMA Day, which Michael co-hosts with Sara Haines, was also down from The Chew, the cooking-based chat show that it replaced.

Things weren’t so good in 2016 between Kelly and Michael. Kelly went on strike after learning execs had taken Michael off of Live! without consulting her, and moving him to Good Morning America.
