Gov. Cuomo’s Girlfriend, Sandra Lee, Is Being Honored By His Nemesis Bill De Blasio
Bill de Blasio and Governor Andrew Cuomo rarely see eye to eye, except for when it comes to the arts. The mayor of NYC will be honoring Andrew’s girlfriend, Sandra Lee, with the “Made in NY” award, an honor whose previous winners include Robert De Niro, Spike Lee, and Meryl Streep.
Sandra is being honored for her documentary “Rx: Early Detection, A Cancer Journey with Sandra Lee.” She will accept the honor at the IFP Gotham Awards at Cipriani Wall Street on Nov. 26.
Clearly Bill and Andrew will need to see each other face to face, but hopefully it won’t steal the spotlight from Sandra!
