Chris Pratt and Anna Faris Will Not Be Getting Spousal Support

Chris Pratt and Anna Faris settled their divorce, and apparently both of them chose to waive their right to spousal support. They also agreed to share joint legal and physical custody of their 6-year-old Jack.

Another part of the agreement is that they will live no further than five miles apart from each other until Jack completes the sixth grade. People magazine reports they must provide written notice to each other if they plan on moving away outside of the five-mile limit. That also applies If either of them want to take Jack on a trip out of the country.

Here’s the thing, though. The two signed a prenup one month before their marriage in 2009, which is acting as “the governing document with regard to issues related to spousal support, community property, separate property, assets, liabilities, debts and reimbursements.”

Good for them! Less hassle, the better. (Let’s face it, they could be like Brad and Angelina — with way less kids.)
