A new Harvey Weinstein accuser has come out to say she was sexually assaulted in New York when she was 16. 

Listed as Jane Doe, the reported former model from Poland said that after agreeing to meet for a business lunch in 2002, Harvey instead took her to his Soho apartment.

According to court papers, she alleges “…Weinstein wasted no time in aggressively and threateningly demanding sex” and then he apparently told the distraught actress that if she wanted to be in the business she had to give in to his sexual desires. “Weinstein threatened and pressured Jane Doe, saying that he had ‘made’ the careers of Penelope Cruz and Gwyneth Paltrow, and that neither would be working without him,” the suit continued.

“He then took off his pants and forcibly held Jane Doe while taking her hand and making her touch and massage his penis,” it said.
