WATCH: Ariana Grande Belts Out ‘The Wizard and I’ From Wicked

Last night, Ariana Grande belted out a rendition of “The Wizard and I” from the hit Broadway smash, Wicked.

The musical celebrated its 15th anniversary with an NBC telecast hosted by its original stars, Kristin Chenoweth and Idina Menzel. 

The pop diva wore nothing but green (obviously), and diehard fans were all about her sultry legato and beautiful long-held notes. Backstage, she shared a photo with Idina — and the two look like they’re totally defying gravity.
