According to US Weekly, while Tom Cruise is indeed allowed to see his daughter Suri Cruise up to 10 days a month, he still chooses not to. 

“Every person is allowed to see their child if they wanted to,” a source told Us Weekly. “He chooses not to because she is not a Scientologist.”

Tom shares Suri with Katie Holmes, who in 2012 blindsided Tom by filing for divorce, the source revealed. It was also noted that Tom hasn’t been photographed with Suri since 2013! 

As Us points out, Tony Ortega, former editor in chief of The Village Voice and a critic of Scientology, adds that Katie probably signed “some nondisclosure agreement saying she wouldn’t say anything bad about Scientology” to ensure she had primary custody of their daughter. “She wanted to get away and she wanted to get Suri.”
