Kim Kardashian’s insurance company hasn’t forgotten the traumatizing Paris heist two years ago, which left Kim tied up in the bathtub and her robbed of millions of dollars in a hotel room.

Now according to TMZ, former Kardashian/Jenner family bodyguard Pascal Duvier and his security and protection company Protect Security are being sued by American International Group (AIG). The lawsuit states $6,116,067 is the same amount the insurance company paid Kardashian West for the stolen jewelry that she was robbed of at gunpoint in October 2016.

The lawsuit also claims Pascal and Protect Security “negligently, carelessly, and/or recklessly performed their protection, security, monitoring, inspection, and/or surveying of” Kim and the Hotel. Pascal and Protect Security “should have known that they were required to protect, secure, monitor, inspect, and/or survey … using the skill and care reasonably expected of those in this industry.”

Five men disguised in police uniforms forcibly entered Kim’s hotel room while she was alone, where they bound and gagged her.

“They grabbed me and took me into the hallway. I was wearing a bathrobe, naked underneath. Then we went in the room again and they pushed me on the bed. And, it was this time, they tied me up with plastic cables and taped my hands, then they put tape over my mouth and my legs,” she had said at the time, according to French newspaper Le Journal du Dimanche.
