Rosie O’Donnell appeared on The Talk this week and spoke about her turbulent relationship with her daughter, Chelsea, which she says is stable at the moment. 

“We went through some real public troubled times,” she said. “She’s doing better now and we’re both communicating with each other.”

Chelsea went missing in 2015, and blasted Rosie in the media — saying she smokes too much pot and that she’s basically an awful mother. “When someone does something unforgivable to you, and you can forgive them and they can forgive you, there is a kind of grace that descends upon the both of you within that,” Rosie later explained on the show.
