After getting charged for a DUI earlier this summer actor Vince Vaughn could be facing a year in jail. He’s supposed to be arraigned in L.A. County Superior Court on Monday. 

Vince was arrested on June 10 after he was stopped at a routine sobriety checkpoint at Artesia Boulevard and Prospect Avenue in Manhattan Beach, California.

He was allegedly repeatedly asked to get out of his vehicle, but refused. At the time, he had a .08 percent blood alcohol content.
