The divorce saga is done with Mel B and Stephen Belafonte, and now the former Spice Girl is ordered to pay his $350,000 legal fees — half of it needs to be within 30 days!

When their 7.7 million mansion is sold, the other half must be forked over, according to Page Six.

She was also ordered to pay Stephen’s $5,000-a-month in child support for their six-year-old daughter Madison. After the hearing, he said, “I’m ecstatic – I’m going to Disneyworld. I got everything I wanted and we could have settled this months ago. It’s such a relief that it’s finally over.”

He added: “We wanted to get all the other issues between us settled so I decided to table that. But it’s very possible I could try again – because I would really like to spend time with Angel.”

Stephen claimed that Mel “wants him dead or thrown in jail” and that she wanted an order requiring him not to harass her and to stay 100 yards away from her. That order was denied.

In their settlement, while they’ll voluntarily stay 200 yards away from each other, exceptions will be made for daughter Madison’s school events, extracurricular activities and teacher conferences.
