The famous home used for the exterior shots on The Brady Bunch could be demolished. The 3-bedroom, 3-bath property is listed with Douglas Elliman for $1.85 million. It’s reportedly the second most photographed house in the U.S. after the White House.

“I have several buyers already interested,” realtor Jodie Levitus Francisco, who is not associated with the listing, told the outlet. Levitus Francisco also said these parties are likely looking at the atypically large lot size of 12,500 square feet.

“They might tear down, but the listing agent said the family was hoping to get someone to preserve the house, and at $1.85, I don’t know if a developer would pay that much.”
