Harvey Weinsten is facing new sexual assault charges and plead not guilty this morning. The plea came a week after he was indicted on new charges of predatory sexual assault — which now could land him up to life behind bars.

Harvey’s attorney and the prosecutor argued over whether he should be living under house arrest or not, but judge James Burke declined to change the conditions of his release and set the next court date in September.

The latest charges are tied to a third accuser, production assistant Mimi Haleyi, who’s accused Harvey of a forcible sex act in 2006, sources told The Post. Mimi’s lawyer Gloria Allred sat in the second row of the courtroom for his arraignment and jotted notes on a yellow notepad, reports Page Six.
