You Guys, Idris Elba Has A Music Label Now!
Happy Fourth of July! The potential future James Bond, Idris Elba, (who also DJs) has launched a new record label called 7Wallace Music — and we’re totally for this.
Not only did Idris announce the new label, he also announced his first artist: James BKS, a Paris-based recording artist and producer has worked with Diddy and Talib Kweli, and has composed music for Yves Saint Laurent, Prada and Armani ads.
“James is a rare find . . . It’s a huge move for 7Wallace, a small indie label,” Idris said to Billboard.
