After new sexual assault charges came to light yesterday, Harvey Weinstein could now face life in prison. Production assistant Mimi Haleyi accused him of a forcible sexual act in 2006 , sources told The Post.

Mimi became the third accuser to testify before a jury, thus revealing a pattern of sexual assault allegations. Now the DA was able to add two counts of predatory sexual assault to his rap sheet that could put him away for life.

Previously, he had been looking at up to 25 years on felony charges of rape and a criminal sex act, to which he’s pleaded not guilty.

Mimi is the only woman who has made a complaint to the NYPD about the movie mogul committing a forcible sex act in 2006, law enforcement sources told The Post. She said publicly that Harvey invited her to his Soho family home that year, when she was in her 20s, then allegedly held her down on one of his kid’s beds, pulled out her tampon and performed oral sex on her while she begged him to stop.
