Heather Locklear is going back to weekend — again. The actress agreed to check herself into a long-term treatment facility for substance abuse and mental health issues after she spent the last week in a psychiatric ward, TMZ reports.

Last weekend, she was arrested after chugging a bottle of tequila, crashing her Porsche at her California mansion and then attacking cops when they arrived.

She was rushed to the hospital for an unidentified overdose. Then a week later, was taken in for psychological evaluation when her parents called the police saying she had a gun and threatened to kill herself after choking her mother.
