‘Catfish’ Host Nev Schulman Is Back, After ‘Not Credible’ Sexual Harassment Claim

Catfish host, Nev Schulman, is back on MTV after prior sexual harassment claims against him were shown to be not credible.

“Although we never received a formal complaint, MTV and Critical Content immediately engaged an independent third party investigator,” MTV said in a statement, per Us Weekly, which first reported the news. “The independent investigator found the allegations made in the YouTube videos to be not credible and without merit.”

It added, “Given the results of the investigation, Catfish will resume filming. We take these matters very seriously and are committed to providing a safe working environment.”

The claims involved out lesbian Ayissha Morgan, who made a YouTube video claiming that Nev pushed her to “reevaluate” her sexuality and have sex with him. She also claimed a female production assistant took advantage of her when she was drunk.
