Sarah Palin’s Son Track Pleads Guilty to Criminal Trespassing

The Palin family is still going through issues. Sarah Palin’s son, Track, pled guilty to first-degree criminal trespassing that was part of a plea deal stemming from an alleged assault of his father last year. Now, he has to go through a therapeutic program, which lasts about nine months.

“He will participate in three phases, each phase lasts about 90 days,” his attorney Patrick Bergt told People. “If he fails, he would have to serve a year in jail.” If he successfully completes the program, his charge could be changed from first degree to second degree which would mean only 10 days in jail, People reports.

To refresh your memory: Anchorage Daily reported that Track was arrested in December 2017 on charges of domestic violence after an incident at the Wasilla home of his parents — Sarah and Todd Palin. His mother called Wasilla police at around 8:30 p.m. to report that her son was “freaking out and was on some type of medication.”
