This wasn’t the best weekend for Vince Vaughn, who was arrested for a DUI in Manhattan Beach this weekend, according to TMZ.

Apparently, Vince and an unidentified male passenger encountered police at a routine checkpoint set up by local authorities. And they caused trouble by not following orders and refusing to exit the vehicle.

Reportedly, he was arrested for misdemeanor DUI and obstruction, while the passenger was arrested for public intoxication and obstruction.

Both were arrested after posting bail.
