Arnold Schwarzenegger and LeBron James might seem like different kinds of celebrities, but they think alike when it comes to investments. The two are among a group of celebs putting money into Hell’s Kitchen high rises.

Arnold and LeBron invested in 787 11th Ave., the office building being renovated by the Georgetown Co. with the help of architect Rafael Viñoly, reports Page Six. Music mogul Jimmy Iovine and Boston Red Sox owner Tom Werner have invested as well.

Pershing Square Capital Management will be a prime tenant in the building, which will have a tennis court on the roof for hedge funder Bill Ackman.
