CELEB REFRESH: Abby Lee Miller’s Emotional Photo From Hospital Bed
Abby Lee Miller had to have emergency surgery last month and still in the hospital recovering. She recently posted a photo of herself in bed, captioning it: “Practice what you preach! #saveyourtearsforthepillow.”
She underwent a five-hour multi-level laminectomy on April 17 that required an 18-inch incision on her back.
“If we didn’t do something, she was going to die,” Dr. Hooman M. Melamed told People of the long surgery. “Her blood pressure was bottoming out. She was not doing well.”
