Prince Harry gave a speech as he begins a new role as the Commonwealth Youth Ambassador, and in it he shows how “Grateful” he is for his future wife Meghan Markle.

“I am incredibly grateful that the woman I am about to marry, Meghan, will be joining me in this work, of which she too is hugely excited to take part in,” he said, adding, “I know that serving as an ambassador to young people, I am going to have to try to keep up with you.”

Harry and Meghan will undertake tours to Commonwealth countries and convene meetings in the U.K. to “discuss how best we can make Commonwealth platforms work for you, and to ensure maximum impact,” he said. “Both here in the U.K. and as I travel, my job will be to listen to you.”
