Could This Man Have Killed JonBenét, Black Dahlia, Laci Patterson, And More?!

A new documentary, being released in April, is revealing the possibility that one man could be responsible for some of the most infamous murders in American history.

As People reports, Edward Edwards, a thief-turned-family man, murdered at least five people before daughter April Balascio helped reveal him as a serial killer.

Producers of the six-part documentary series, It Was Him: The Many Murders of Ed Edwards, link him to such murders as the slayings committed by the Zodiac Killer, the deaths of Elizabeth Short (i.e. Black Dahlia), JonBenet Ramsey, Teresa Halbach, and Laci Peterson — the latter two hose convicted killers already sit in prison.

Police detective John Cameron, who wrote the book It’s Me, Edward Wayne Edwards, the Serial Killer You Never Heard Of, as well as Edwards’ grandson Wayne Wolfe, who is described in a network news release as “estranged.”

Edward died in prison in 2011, two years after being arrested.

It Was Him premieres on April 16 (10 p.m. ET) on the Paramount Network. We’ll be watching!
