Angela Bassett totally deserved to win an Oscar for playing iconic Tina Turner, and she’d be the first to tell you she was robbed, in a loving way of course. The prize ultimately went to Holly Hunter that year for her role in The Piano.

When a fan commented on how she thought she was robbed during her appearance on Watch What Happens Live, Angela replied “Yeah, me too.”
