Rose McGowan’s Cocaine Charge Is Still In Court
A Virginia judge declined a motion to dismiss charges of cocaine possession against Rose McGowan. The actress has suggested that the drugs were planted by agents hired by Harvey Weinstein to discredit her for making allegations against him.
Her lawyers conquer, saying in court papers that the drugs could have been planted before the wallet was found by a cleaning crew.
The actress was charged after authorities said cocaine was found in a wallet she left behind on a flight in January 2017.
