TMZ reports that Tori Spelling’s husband Dean McDermott called the cops to check up on her after she left their house this week with at least one of their kids. It’s unclear why he was concerned about her wellbeing.

Deputies reportedly located Tori at the doctor’s office, spoke to her, and determined she and their kids were okay. Because no crime had been committed, no further action was taken.

The incident comes one week after police were dispatched over a “disturbance” at the family home. Officer Drake Madison said the situation ended up being a “domestic incident” and that “no crime” was committed. He could not confirm who placed the call.
