Jodi Foster and Jennifer Lawrence presented the Oscar for Best Actress last night, and everyone noticed that the legendary actress was in crutches.

She quipped that Meryl Streep “I Tonya’d her,” a reference to the movie about Tony Harding who is accused of partaking in plans to knock her teammate Nancy Kerrigan on the knee cap, injuring her.

But according to People, Foster’s rep said the star was on crutches due to a ski mishap weeks ago.

Still, the joke was funny.
