Lena Sved, Andy Dick’s longtime girlfriend, has filed a restraining order against him this week.

As TMZ reports, it’s unclear whether a judge has signed off yet, but typically a temporary restraining order will be approved — until a later hearing can be scheduled.

Andy and Lena have two adult children together, and the court reportedly classified this as a domestic violence case — though no information is out there as to what Andy may or may not have done.

The last public outing the couple did was in 2015. In 2013, they appeared together on Celebrity Wife Swap even though they weren’t married.
