Julia Louis-Dreyfus said “Fuck you!” to cancer in a recent photo.

The actress revealed on Sept. 28 that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer, a revelation she used to shed light on the struggles of those without health care coverage. She underwent chemotherapy, which she completed in January.

“Hoorah! Great doctors, great results, feeling happy and ready to rock after surgery,” the Emmy-winning Veep star tweeted to her followers on Wednesday. “Hey cancer, ‘F–k you!’ Here’s my first post op photo.”
