Charges Are Dropped In Naya Rivera’s Domestic Battery Incident
The prosecution against Naya Rivera’s attack on Ryan Dorsey have been dropped, according to TMZ.
The case was dismissed by West Virginia prosecutors, who dropped the case because Ryan didn’t want to move forward with it. Over Thanksgiving, it was reported that Naya was arrested for allegedly hitting her husband in the head and lip while they were taking their son for a walk.
“This is a difficult time for everyone in the family, especially for Naya and I,” Ryan said at the time. “This isn’t some reality show, this is our life, and I ask that everyone especially ‘the media’ please respect our privacy and treat us/this situation how you would want a loved one to be treated.”
