When Francis McDormand won her Golden Globe last night for her performance in Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, she wasted no time telling her fellow nominees how she felt about them.

“Well, I have a few things to say. All you ladies in this category: bar, tequila is on me!” she said.

“So many of you know I keep my politics private, but it was really great to be in this room tonight and to be a part of a tectonic shift in our industry.
