Kim and Kanye’s son, Saint West, spent the last few days of last year in the hospital recovering from pneumonia, TMZ reports.

Sources say that Saint West is doing well and is at home now, having been released Saturday. Kim and Kanye shared “overnight duties” during his stay.

Kim confirmed on Twitter that Saint spent three nights at the hospital, where he received “multiple” IVs and was hooked up to oxygen machines.
