Naya Rivera and Ryan Dorsey have announced they’re splitting custody of their son after the Glee star was arrested on domestic battery.

The couple has filed court documents to share legal and physical custody of Josey Hollis Dorsey, 2, The Blast reports. The divorce was filed earlier this month.

Over Thanksgiving weekend, Naya was arrested for allegedly hitting Ryan int he head with a cell phone while taking their son on a walk.

Naya’s rep told Page Six that “the family is working together peacefully and all matters have been amicably resolved.”
