The Kardashian family are defending themselves in court by challenging Blac Chyna’s lawsuit against home, asking a judge to throw her case away, according to documents obtained by People magazine.

Kris, Kim, and Rob’s attorney are filing a “demurrer,” which is basically acting as their defense to dismiss Blac’s lawsuit, which claims that the family is responsible for E! not moving forward with the second season of Rob & Chyna — the couple’s former reality show.

People reports that the family’s documents allege that Blac herself prevented the show from filming after receiving a domestic violence restraining order against Rob in July.

“Given Plaintiff’s conduct in seeking and obtaining a restraining order that required Rob to stay away from Plaintiff and her workplace, no trier of fact could possibly find that it was reasonably probable that a second season of Rob & Chyna would have been picked up and filmed,” says the file.
