Page Six reports that Ben Affleck was released from rehab for a little while to spend time with his family over Christmas.

He and Jennifer Garner separated in 2015 and finalized their divorce this April, but the two have vowed to be civil for their three children; Violet, 12, Seraphina, 8, and Samuel, 5.

Affleck has been undergoing a new rehab treatment for alcohol addiction in the Los Angeles area ahead of filming “The Batman” next year, where he will return as the Caped Crusader after playing the character in the recent “Justice League.”

Sources saw him with his girlfriend, Lindsay Shookus, in Malibu, Calif. and say he stayed sober during the meal.
