Rose McGowan Demands The Media To Stop Writing ‘Alleged’

Rose McGowan is getting more and more fed up with the media, most recently calling them out for continuously using the word “alleged” — which is a word journalists must use to protect themselves from lawsuits from suspects.

“I would challenge the media to stop using the word alleged,” she stated in a New York Magazine video teased on Today. “My beef is really with all the people who are complicit. It’s the first time in history women are being believed. Even though we get slagged.”

“I had a tremendous amount of self-blame until those women came forward and were published,” said Dominique Hewitt, who is among the dozen accusing Weinstein and was one of the panelists on the panel. “Then I kind of felt like wow, things are shifting. I can share this experience.”
