The Model On The Weinstein Audio Tape Comes Forward, Despite Her NDA

Amber Gutierrez has been running from powerful men on two continents after she attended a party in 2010 at the home of the primer minister of Italy, reports New York Post, when Italy called her a “bunga bunga” girl, i.e. a prostitute.

She fled to London, Paris, and New York, and in 2015, she met Harvey Weinstein after which he allegedly took her back to his Tribeca office and asked her about her breasts, then tried to force himself on her.

The next day, she worked with the NYPD on a sting operation to secretly record Weinstein confessing: “Why yesterday you touch[ed] my breast?” she asked him, according to the audio clip.

“Oh, please. I’m sorry. Just come on in. I’m used to that,” Weinstein replied.

The video was highlighted in Ronan Farrow’s piece in The New Yorker. He allegedly bought her silence with a $1 million contract and a nondisclosure agreement. However, with all the cases making headlines, Amber decided to come out: “I felt like I was going crazy,” she said. “No one believed me.”

In Italy, she is said to be in the process of a six-figure damages award from the newspaper that smeared her name.

“I was everywhere on all the TV channels and newspapers — they were saying I was an escort and had sugar daddies . . . none of this was true,” Gutierrez said. “It was disgusting because they ruined the life of an 18-year-old girl.”
