People Are Starting To Question Alyssa Milano’s Role Weinstein Scandal
While Alyssa Milano is credited for reviving the #MeToo hashtag, Hollywood insiders are saying her role in the whole expose is complicated — and in some ways, questionable.
Page Six points out that Alyssa is marred to dAve Bulgar, a top agent at CAA, the power agency that the New York Times has described as part of Weinstein’s “complicity machine.”
She is also friends with Harvey’s wife, Georgina Chapman, whom she told Megyn Kelly was “doing well.” Soon after, Rose McGowan tweeted about Alyssa: “You make me want to vomit.”
The New York Times article exposing that CAA agents downplayed Weinstein’s sexual assaults came out the day before Alyssa appeared in Time magazine’s Person of the Year issue.
