An actress has filed suit against Harvey Weinstein, claiming he masturbated in front of her at a Beverly Hills hotel and ultimately raped her.

The actress, who is anonymous, says that at a meeting in 2015 in the Montage Hotel, he grabbed her wrists while using his other hand to pleasure himself.

Later in 2016, she went to the hotel again to supposedly “celebrate her role in the show Marco Polo” when Harvey allegedly pushed her onto the bed, pulled her pants down, and began performing oral sex while she kept telling him to stop.

He used his “weight and strength” to force himself insider her. Ultimately, she never got the role in Marco Polo.
