People magazine named their choice for Sexiest Man Alive, and they decided to go a little country for a new taste!

They chose Blake Shelton!

“Y’all must be running out of people,” the singer said to People. Now, he says when people refer to him as the Sexiest Man Alive, he’s going to say, “You’re damn right, I’m Mr. Sexy! I’ve been ugly my whole life, if I can be sexy for a year, I’m taking it. I’m taking it.”

“I can’t wait to shove this up Adam’s ass,” he joked to People. “As proud as I am and honored that you guys asked me, that’s really the only thing I care about.”
