Apparently, the world’s most famous performer was almost in Disney’s remake of Beauty And The Beast – and we’re JUST finding out about it now?!

The film’s director, Bill Condon, worked with Beyonce in Dreamgirls and had her in mind for the French-speaking feather duster, Plumette.

“I even tried to get her into Beauty and the Beast, but it wasn’t a big enough part,” he told Yahoo Entertainment last week. “She would have been a good feather duster.”

Thankfully, Beyonce is in talks to be Nala in The Lion King remake, so she hasn’t lost her connects with Disney. That will definitely be something!
